KIMSOOJA - THREAD ROOTS
Museum De Lakenhal proudly presents the exhibition Kimsooja – Thread Roots from March 2 to July 21, 2024.
It is the first solo presentation of the Korean artist in the Netherlands. Kimsooja is considered one of the leading artists in the world. Her work is strongly rooted in Korean traditions and takes shape in very different media. In her art, Kimsooja combines personal history with global themes such as migration, mobility and the feeling of being at home somewhere.
