EU TalentON Event
Are you a burgeoning academic between 21 and 35 and passionate about the greatest challenges facing the EU today? Become a part of the first ever EU TalentON in Leiden!
As a part of Leiden European City of Science 2022 and the European Year of Youth, TalentON is calling all early-career academic researches to participate in a multi-day challenge. Participants will be divided into teams and compete to come up with innovative ideas on how to address one of the EU Horizon’s Five Missions which include:
1. Adapting to climate change
2. Preventing of and dealing with cancer
3. Smart and climate-neutral cities
4. Restoring soil
5. Restoring oceans and water
The event takes place from September 14th – 18th and the deadline to apply is July 1st. All travel and living costs for the event will be provided by the organisation. All the information about TalentON can be found here.
