the centuries-old Pieterskerk, is one of Leiden’s prettiest and most atmospheric streets.

Harbour area/Zijlpoort
The neighbourhood around the harbour is where you will find some of the city’s finest eating places. This is also the location of the historic Zijlpoort that now houses a restaurant.

Morspoort/Beestenmarkt
Passing through the Mors Gate you will stumble on an incredible culinary diversity. From Spanish tapas and finger food to French delicatessen. The Beestenmarkt a little further on is home to even more friendly terraces.
