Chef Chris Janssen is master of the grill, and has some BBQ top tips to share with you!

 

  1. Want tender spare ribs? Wrap them in aluminium foil and slowly cook them for 1.5 hours.

  2. Give fish extra flavour with a delicious marinade! Marinating for 30 minutes is enough.

  3. You can easily prepare sliced vegetables on the grill rack. For the big pieces, I recommend doing this in aluminum foil first.
