Museum Voorschoten, Voorstraat 17, Voorschoten
Last year, Museum Voorschoten celebrated the tenth anniversary of its move into the historical location at the Voorstraat. In honour of the event, it was decided that the museum would offer other art- and culture related organisations in Voorschoten the opportunity to use the location for exhibitions and performances. At the request of a number of artists, this year, the museum will open its doors again for a series of exhibitions. Besides BplusC Voorschoten, a delegation of artists from two other organisations in the region will exhibit their works: Kunstgroep Wassenaar and Kunstenaarscollectief Artery. Together, the three organisations will exhibit a multiplicity of art forms during the Summer programme that will run from Saturday 3 June until Sunday 27 August.
Kunstenaarscollectief Artery (Art Collective Artery)
The Cultural Summer Programme will be concluded with an exhibition by five artists: Kunstenaarscollectief Artery will display their works from 5 August until 27 August. They apply various techniques such as digital art, painting, sculpting, photography and glass art. A unique element in their works is the interaction between the different art forms. The programme is still taking shape, additional information will be available soon.
For this exhibition, the regular entry fee of €4,- also applies. Free entry for Vrienden van Museum Voorschoten. The featured artworks will be for sale at Museum Voorschoten.
