‘Windowdressing’, art in unoccupied shop-windows in the Breestraat
16 December 2011
The Leiden-based artists Merijn Tinga and Rob Steenhorst have moved into an unoccupied shop to use its window as an unorthodox exposition room. The project is a follow-up of succesful art projects in shop-windows from Purmerend to Edinburgh. The project enables the public to get acquainted with refreshing and surprising modern day art during a December shopping spree.
