Op Expeditie (On an Expedition)
Go on an expedition in Leiden! The museum garden of the Volkenkunde museum is one big expedition area. Large expedition cases are scattered thoughout the garden, as if a ship has just returned from a foreign country and left its load behind. The cases form and interactive exhibition about legendary expeditions of today and in the past. You are challenged to make decisions and conduct research. Op Expeditie is an introduction of the partly renewed permanent exhibition of the museum, take part in this exhibition free of charge.
